SESSION: Changing the Culture of Corporate Innovation....Inside and Out

Warren entered the wonderful world of product development and inventing almost 20 years ago with the launch of a  highly disruptive and successful kitchen utensil called MISTO The Gourmet Olive Oil Sprayer, which has sold almost 10 million units to date. 50,000 inventors and just shy of one hundred licensing agreements later, Warren us still trying to change the world. The unique Open Innovation approach that he has pioneered (some call it the hero model :) develops and run programs as an outside contractor. This has produced highly successful results and generated additional unintended side benefits for the companies that he works closely with. By working within companies and changing the platform by which they view and interact with outside product developers, a sustainable win-win-win environment is created for all parties involved. Come listen to a very entertaining speaker identify specific cases and explain what hew has learned from many years of hands-on Open Innovation experience.
