KIM MASSEY is all about stretching individuals and organizations to reach their maximum potential.
In Learning and Development since 2005, Kim has worked as an external consultant to industry leaders such as Jet Blue, Coca Cola, Open Table, Disney and Pfizer and internally as a senior leader at Clear Channel Media overseeing employee development. Focusing on sustainable impact, much of Kim’s experience lies in one-on-one executive coaching, developing train the trainer programs and leading learning design.
Kim is a proud Southerner who "loves, loves, loves" living in NYC. Her passions include travel, adventures with her young nephews and stretching literally and figuratively through yoga. Kim holds an MBA with a specialization in leadership.

SYNOPSIS
A 30-minute speech around how to build, sponsor and sustain a culture of innovation. This session is highly interactive and based upon direct experience of working with companies to help them unlock creativity and collaboration. We blend theory (25%), storytelling (50%) and conversation (25%).
